Job summary

CoAction in Crown Point, IN is seeking a Housing Property Manager to oversee assigned housing programs and apartment buildings. You will manage leases, coordinate maintenance, enter data in Real Page, and ensure compliance with policies and funding requirements.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, a valid driver's license, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have at least two (2) years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Attend agency meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage leases and property operations for assigned units.
• Enter and track data in Real Page and HMIS systems.
• Complete move-in/move-out inspections and bill tenants as needed.
• Maintain rent records and coordinate with housing advocates.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and annual certifications.
• Manage a caseload of 50–70 units and coordinate with maintenance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and ensure repairs are addressed promptly.
