Responsibilities:

Design, schedule, and host community‑building events and recurring lifestyle activities tailored to resident demographics

Oversee all event logistics including budgeting, vendor negotiations, catering, and entertainment

Act as the main on‑site contact during events, gather resident feedback, and collaborate with marketing to promote upcoming activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

At least 5 years in event planning, hospitality, or residential lifestyle coordination

Strong project management, budget control, and vendor negotiation skills

Exceptional communication and networking abilities to connect genuinely with residents

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to align with community events

Proficiency with event management software, Microsoft Office, and basic communication/social platforms

Enthusiastic about using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Doubao, DeepSeek) to improve productivity
