Job summary

Southwood Realty Company is seeking a Property Manager in Rock Hill, SC to oversee daily operations of our apartment community under the direction of the Regional Manager. You will manage leasing, resident relations and supervision of the service team to ensure policies are followed and budgets are respected.

Responsibilities include maintaining curb appeal, coordinating office activities, and driving resident retention through proactive service and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
• Works as part of a team, as well as completes assignments independently.
• Exercises problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma required.
• At least 2 years of selling experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of customer service experience required.
• Able to type at least 40 WPM.
• Must be organized.

Responsibilities

• Leasing the property and supervising the office and leasing staff.
• Supervising service team and office personnel.
• Maintain financial budgets and property policy compliance.
• Conduct daily property inspections and ensure curb appeal.
• Respond to resident requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Develop and maintain resident retention initiatives.
