Qualifications

• At least 2 years of selling experience.
• At least 5 years of customer service experience.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well in a team and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Leasing the property and supervising office and leasing personnel.
• Maintain relationships with residents and ensure policy enforcement.
• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Conduct daily property inspections and supervise service team.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude of staff.
• Respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely, courteous manner.
• Design and maintain a resident retention program.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure property operations.
