Job summary

Southwood Realty Company in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for the property buildings and grounds. You will supervise service, housekeeping and grounds staff, coordinate in-house and vendor work, ensure OSHA compliance, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain asset logs.

This role requires standing/walking and may require CAMT or other certifications.

Qualifications

• Supervisory responsibilities over service, housekeeping/custodial and grounds staff.
• Experience coordinating in-house and vendor work.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervising maintenance staff.
• Schedule and oversee all in-house and vendor work.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Provide 24-hour response to service requests.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain replacement logs for carpet, vinyl, appliances, and HVAC units.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and manage lockouts after evictions.
• Operate and maintain property vehicles and equipment.
• Analyze and resolve work problems with the team.
