Responsibilities

• Conduct business in accordance with policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Knowledge and enforcement of all property policies and regulations.
• Operate the property within the budget established and financial guidelines.
• Daily property inspections and supervision of service team.
• Direct supervision of the office staff and bookkeeping functions.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude of property employees.
• Oversee leasing and ensure effective sales techniques are used professionally.
• Respond to resident requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Design and maintain a resident retention program.
• Ensure physical well-being and curb appeal of the apartment community.
