Job summary

CCI INC is seeking a Property Manager for Goldbeck Towers in Hastings, NE. You will lead on-site teammates, drive occupancy, and ensure financial and regulatory performance while maintaining resident satisfaction and safety.

You will manage marketing, budgeting, and program compliance, with emphasis on HUD and LIHTC guidelines, and interact with stakeholders to protect CCI's reputation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing people.
• 1+ years in Property Management or related field.
• 1+ years with standard real estate software (Yardi, MS Office).
• Experience with affordable housing programs preferred; CPM/CAM is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example; recruit, train, and support on-site teammates.
• Maintain occupancy, resident satisfaction, and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, state/local programs, and safety standards.
• Develop marketing strategies in line with program requirements.
• Monitor financial performance, AR, and rent adjustments.
• Represent property with stakeholders and uphold brand standards.
