Job summary

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, budgeting and forecasting.
• Sets rental rates by surveying local market and costs.
• Creates marketing plan to attract residents and fills vacancies.
• Negotiates leases and collects security deposits.
• Maintains and inspects property, conducts repairs and renovations as needed.
• Contracts for maintenance, security, and other services as directed by owner.
• Prepares reports and manages lease administration.
