APG in Stone Mountain, GA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community, lead on-site staff, and ensure exceptional resident service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College courses in sales, marketing, real estate management or business are beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Manage financial performance: control income/expenses, prepare and review reports, oversee purchasing/vendor management.
• Hire, develop, and manage on-site staff including Assistant Manager, Leasing Consultant, and Maintenance team.
• Oversee property condition and maintenance through inspections and service request tracking.
• Drive marketing efforts and stay informed on market trends, including market surveys.
• Ensure risk management, safety, and compliance, including emergency preparedness and filing systems.
• Provide 24-hour service coordination to residents and maintain professional appearance/dress code standards.
• Represent APG externally through participation in trade associations as appropriate.
