What We’re Looking For

• Leasing or sales experience preferred
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Entrata and social media preferred
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be available to work Saturdays

Your Day-to-Day

• Greet prospects and conduct engaging property tours
• Execute lease agreements, collect deposits, and maintain resident files
• Apply strong leasing, follow-up, and phone techniques
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and social media efforts
• Support curb appeal through inspections and property upkeep
• Address resident concerns with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines
