Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking a Property Manager to oversee leasing, maintenance and budget attainment at Mural Apartments. You will supervise staff, manage rent collections and build resident relations to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have 2+ years in management, leasing or sales, strong communication, and experience with Yardi and RENTCafé. Bachelor's preferred; flexible schedule and entrepreneurial spirit encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management, leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve property performance goals set by management.
• Maintain strong resident relations and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Oversee leasing of apartments and maintain occupancy.
• Direct property operations and staff efficiently.
• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely work orders and repairs.
• Oversee rent collections and bank deposits.
• Pursue delinquent rents and evictions timely.
• Supervise resident relations and enforce community rules.
• Collaborate with Regional Director on annual budget objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
