Roers Companies seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing and operations at Linden Village. You’ll engage prospects, conduct property tours, and help achieve occupancy goals while representing Roers’ standards.

Key duties include rent collection, budgeting support, and staff training. Candidates should have 1+ years in leasing or AP/PM, strong communication, and organizational skills; Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic internet and social media use for marketing.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Solicit business to achieve occupancy and rental goals.
• Respond to inquiries and tour prospects to market the property.
• Lead property tours and set the standard for guest engagement.
• Assist in training staff and model effective sales techniques daily.
• Lead rent collection and manage delinquent accounts when needed.
• Assist in budgeting to improve net operating income.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers and files.
• Inspect units during move-ins and move-outs, and oversee property.
• Fill in as acting Property Manager when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
