Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the property, supervise staff, manage resources, and achieve financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities include operating within financial guidelines, conducting daily property inspections, hiring and supervising employees, ensuring compliance with OSHA and Fair Housing, and driving resident retention through marketing and events.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.
• Leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Supervise staff and work schedules; delegate duties; resolve conflicts.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure AMC policies and procedures are followed and reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques including first-hand leasing.
• Handle resident requests or concerns with discretion.
• Take responsibility for administrative duties including reporting.
• Design and maintain a resident retention program (newsletter, referrals, social activities).
• Design/maintain marketing and advertising concepts for property staff to implement.
• Ensure property compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, employees, vendors, or others.
