Premier Housing Management—Marshalltown, IA—seeks a part-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, and budget adherence for Tallcorn. You will supervise staff, market the property, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering strong resident relations and service.

The role requires experience in property management, substance knowledge of subsidy programs, and proficiency with YARDI and EZ Labor. Flexible schedule and access to benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four years experience in property management, business or real estate.
• Knowledge of government subsidy programs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience in leasing and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the property to ensure fiscal soundness and maintained property.
• Meet occupancy, rent collection and compliance benchmarks.
• Assist or prepare annual property budget and review invoices.
• Monitor utility costs and obtain bids for capital or contract services.
• Supervise procurement of janitorial, maintenance and office supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and build resident relationships.
• Market the property to meet occupancy standards and manage advertising.
