Job summary

Admiral Communities in Bay City, MI is seeking an energetic Property Manager to lead operations at our Bay City office. You’ll handle rent collection, tenant relations, enforcement of rules, and coordination with maintenance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in property management, and proficiency with Rent Manager and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and background check required; competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, management, and ownership.
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and good judgment.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, honest, and driven.
• Computer literacy required with property management and accounting software, basic computer skills, and familiarity with iPhone/iPad, Gmail, and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and home payments.
• Enforce all rules and regulations established by the Company.
• Obey all Federal Fair Housing Laws and do not discriminate.
• Provide notices for late rent, rules, and violations.
• Appear in court on behalf of the Company in regard to evictions unless the state requires a lawyer.
• Make daily deposits for the 1st 10 days of the month.
• Advertise and show prospective tenants' homes and lots.
• Walk through vacant homes with Maintenance and schedule readiness for move-in.
• Follow Company procedures for new resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Oversee maintenance and refurb procedures and follow through.
• Occasional training of other Managers.
