Qualifications

• 4 year degree or 2 year degree with substantial property management experience is preferred.
• 7 years of general, full-time business experience is advantageous for this role.
• 3 years of direct property management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee all property operations under the Regional Property Manager.
• Assist in leasing, prepare and sign leases, and collect rents.
• Maintain payroll records and adhere to company policies.
• Monitor budget and notify regional management of variances.
• Coordinate maintenance, supervise contractors, and ensure property upkeep.
• Handle resident relations and respond to complaints promptly.
