Cube Care is seeking a sharp, proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

You will coordinate with tenants, vendors, and maintenance teams, handle leases, monitor finances, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Experience coordinating across departments, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance, expenses, and property performance.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all properties.
