As a Property Manager at CubeSmart, you will manage and maintain your property, combining customer service and property maintenance skills.

The Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service

• Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions with exceptional service.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers, building rapport.
• Meeting sales goals and metrics.
• Performing property walks, lock checks, and unit showings.
• Managing leasing, payments, bank deposits, and late payment follow-ups.
• Handling invoice reviews, reports, and auction processes.
• Overseeing expenses, supplies, and inventory.

Property Maintenance

• Daily property walks, cleaning units, opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintaining the facility (mopping, sweeping, light bulb changes, cleaning units).
• Ensuring the property remains clean and safe, including landscaping and repairs.
