The position requires on-site duties, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and familiarity with Skyline/Entrata/OneSite software. Eligible candidates have CAM/ARM certification or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years on-site leasing consultant or assistant community manager; supervisory experience welcomed.
• Demonstrate ability to apply logical thinking to solve problems and act with appropriate course.
• Customer-focused communication with diverse personalities.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals and operate the asset in owners’ best interest.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions (rent rolls, delinquencies, move-ins/outs).
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections.
