Responsibilities

• Be the Heartbeat: Support the campus, assist the Community Manager, and ensure a positive experience for residents.
• Multitask Master: Handle administrative needs, event coordination, and leasing.
• Team Player: Step in as the backup when the Community Manager is unavailable.
• Foster a harmonious community atmosphere among residents.
• Enforce property rules and regulations.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and repairs.
• Monitor and report on outside contractors and vendors.
• Respond to voicemails, faxes, and emails within 24 hours during the business week.
• Answer the property cell phone during business hours.
• Facilitate resident meetings as needed.
• Manage laundry money collection monthly.
