Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service and resident relations.
• Prior leadership and management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the campus and support the Community Manager.
• Coordinate leasing, events, and day-to-day operations.
• Lead a collaborative team and supervise staff when needed.
• Enforce property rules and respond to maintenance issues.
• Maintain resident engagement through programs and meetings.
• Ensure accurate records, budgets, and compliance.
