Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work across multiple locations, combining indoor and outdoor work. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies, while conducting daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include auditing cash drawers, deposits, and assisting customers with payment reminders. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required to travel between properties; mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license required and own vehicle to travel between locations.
• Must be able to operate with strong interpersonal skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest additional packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
