Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess storage needs, propose packing and moving supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent through daily inspections.

You will audit cash drawers, make deposits, help customers stay current with payments, and perform reminder and collection calls when needed. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder calls when required.
