Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of commercial property management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experienced supervisor.
• RPA or CPM designation is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Property Management Software platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage properties as directed by owners and in accordance with Trinity Partners standards.
• Provide owners and tenants with the highest level of client service.
• Maintain clear communication with owners and tenants to sustain relationships.
• Coordinate with Senior Property Manager on major operating issues.
• Prepare the Annual Property Business Plan per owner's requirements.
• Oversee financials and prepare monthly statements.
• Handle rent collection, notices, and landlord services per leases.
• Monitor rent rolls and lease expirations to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain lease abstracts and lease administration records.
