Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company seeks a proactive Leasing & Marketing Professional in Frisco, TX. You will handle leasing processes, greet prospects, show communities, process applications, and prepare lease documents.

The role requires strong customer service and teamwork, with a flexible weekend schedule. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and producing routine reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community, including stairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, including providing leasing information and coordinating maintenance requests.
• Assist with completing weekly, monthly and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
