Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year+ onsite property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Proficient in Word/Excel; experience with Yardi.
• Able to review financial information and budgets.
• Flexible schedule, weekends; able to tour property.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Oversee resident retention, renewal and leasing programs.
• Oversee resident relations and handle calls/requests.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; coordinate with Regional Property Manager.
• Manage lease paperwork proofs; maintain lease file policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
