Qualifications
- Two years of apartment management experience with a large team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- OneSite experience required.
- Strong marketing, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement leasing and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Update market surveys weekly to keep rents competitive.
- Review websites and ads for accuracy.
- Set leasing goals and communicate to the team.
- Coordinate with construction team and report to Regional Supervisor.
- Prepare and present monthly financial/operational reports.
- Lead leasing staff training and staff scheduling.
- Handle resident retention programs and lease renewals.
