One90 Frankford in Dallas, TX, seeks a Property Manager to lead an A+ luxury multifamily community. You will manage leasing, operations, and a skilled onsite team, ensuring top-tier service and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment management experience with a large team.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience developing and implementing a marketing plan.

Responsibilities

• Update Market Survey weekly to keep rents competitive and set pricing.
• Review websites/online ads for accuracy; establish leasing goals and communicate to the team.
• Communicate effectively with the construction team.
• Analyze operational information for NOI impact; identify trends and suggest adjustments.
• Monthly review of financial reports; prepare and convey operational and financial data to Regional Supervisor.
• Write clear quarterly owners reports.
• Implement programs for resident retention and service-request follow-ups.
• Introduce and monitor lease renewal programs.
• Design a preventative maintenance plan to monitor service-request turnaround and staff responsiveness.
• Provide training and motivation to leasing staff and conduct group trainings as needed.
• Create staffing schedules aligned with community needs.
• Assist and ensure all customer complaints are handled promptly.

Property Manager

Excellent opportunity for a strong Property Manager with experience to manage an A+ property in Dallas, TX.
