Aufgaben

• Update Market Survey weekly to keep rents competitive and set pricing.
• Review websites/online ads for accuracy; establish leasing goals and communicate to the team.
• Communicate effectively with the construction team.
• Analyze operational information for NOI impact; identify trends and suggest adjustments.
• Monthly review of financial reports; prepare and convey operational and financial data to Regional Supervisor.
• Write clear quarterly owners reports.
• Implement programs for resident retention and service-request follow-ups.
• Introduce and monitor lease renewal programs.
• Design a preventative maintenance plan to monitor service-request turnaround and staff responsiveness.
• Provide training and motivation to leasing staff and conduct group trainings as needed.
• Create staffing schedules aligned with community needs.
• Assist and ensure all customer complaints are handled promptly.

Property Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Update Market Survey weekly to ensure rent structures are competitive. Analyze and recommend rent/pricing strategies in order to maximize premiums and market rents weekly/monthly
• Review websites/online ads to ensure accuracy Establish leasing goals and communicate to team.
• Communicate effectively with construction team.
• Analyze operational information for impact on NOI, identify trends and recommend strategies and adjustments
• Monthly review of financial reports. Accurately create, prepare and convey all operational and financial data to Regional Supervisor in a timely manner.
