Qualifications
- Two+ years of apartment management experience leading a large onsite team.
- Strong customer service and marketing plan development skills.
- Fluency in at least two languages.
Responsibilities
- Update market surveys and set rent strategies to maximize rents.
- Review listings to ensure accuracy; establish leasing goals for the team.
- Coordinate with construction team; monitor NOI impacts.
- Prepare monthly operational and financial reports for Regional Supervisor.
- Develop resident retention programs and lease renewal strategies.
- Train leasing staff and schedule group training; manage staffing.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
