Job summary

Westover Companies is seeking a Property Manager for our King of Prussia, PA property. You will supervise staff, manage leases, coordinate maintenance, and work with marketing to attract residents.

The role requires on-site experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in MS Office and property software. Qualifications include 2+ years on-site leasing experience, 3 years supervisory work, Fair Housing knowledge, and CAM/ARM preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or 3 years supervisory experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Must have Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with residents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and community software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff and foster a cooperative, safety‑mfirst environment.
• Maintain accurate records of rent rolls, delinquencies, move‑ins/outs.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections.
• Ensure leases and paperwork are accurate and uploaded into the system.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety schedules with Regional Maintenance.
• Communicate with marketing to attract prospective residents.
