The Dolben Company seeks a Property Manager for a high energy community in North Andover, MA. You will oversee leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance and policy compliance, acting as the head coach of the community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential property management.
• 1+ year as a residential property manager.
• Experience with capital improvement or renovation programs.
• Strong leadership track record.
• Impeccable client and customer service track record.
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
• Strong financial skills with GAAP knowledge.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Sharp professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Be the head coach of the community and lead by example.
• Execute sales, marketing and operational activities to meet occupancy and retention goals.
• Manage the financial performance of the property.
• Create and deliver timely financial and operational reports to owners and senior leadership.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with residents, vendors and partners.
• Partner with Marketing to implement marketing strategies.
• Provide consistent resident satisfaction and strong community reviews.
• Inspire professional growth and development of team members.
