Job summary
Bader in Rosemount, MN, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead on-site operations at Copper at Rosecott. The role oversees maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing while delivering superior resident service and maximizing retention across our communities.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or better.
- Minimum 5 years of Property Manager experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease admin, budgeting and marketing.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects to boost retention and profitability.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance and management.
- Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to safety policies.
- Comply with all Fair Housing rules.
- Pursue educational opportunities for personal growth and development.
- Assist Regional Asset Manager as needed.
