Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager to meet occupancy goals and support marketing to prospective residents.
• Maintain vendor/contractor communications and process invoices.
• Address resident concerns and requests.
• Assist with payment collection and delinquency standards.
• Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
• Prepare and process resident service requests.
• Prepare newsletters, flyers, and assist with community events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Interact positively with residents to maintain high satisfaction.
• Represent the community with professionalism and integrity.
• Comply with Fair Housing rules and OSHA standards.
