Job summary

Metes & Bounds is seeking a dependable, hands-on Property Manager / Caretaker / Maintenance professional for our apartment community. The role combines property management, resident relations, caretaking and maintenance duties in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and customer-service oriented, able to handle a variety of tasks during the day. Prior property management, caretaking, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Experience in property management, caretaking or maintenance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Show available apartments to prospective residents.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas.
• Monitor the property and safety of residents.
• Complete maintenance work orders and coordinate vendor access.
• Conduct turnovers and inspections of units

Property Manager / Caretaker / Maintenance

Pay: $26 - $30 per hour

Benefits: medical, dental, 401k

Schedule: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on individual to assist with the daily operations of our apartment community. This combined role includes property management, resident relations, caretaking, and maintenance responsibilities.

Duties include showing available apartments, responding to resident questions and concerns, completing administrative tasks, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, monitoring the property, completing maintenance work orders, coordinating vendor access, and conducting turnovers and inspections.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-service focused, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks throughout the day. Previous property management, caretaking, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates are required to pass a thorough background check.
