This part-time position offers approximately 20 hours weekly as a manager and 8 hours as a caretaker. Responsibilities include leasing tours, resident inquiries, and maintaining property cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has previous property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A computer knowledge background is required, and experience with property management software is a plus.

Pay Rates

• Caretaking common areas – $16.37
• Caretaking grounds, turnover, weeding, etc. – $18.37
• Snow removal – $20.00
• Property Manager work – $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer service-oriented individual to join our team and live on‑site as a Property Manager / Caretaker / Janitor. This is a part‑time position offering approximately 20 hours per week as manager and 8 hours per week as Caretaker / Janitorial with the convenience of living on‑site.

Management Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments and conducting tours
• Responding to resident inquiries and concerns
• Coordinating move‑in and move‑out
• Rent collection and basic administrative duties
• Monitoring property appearance and curb appeal
• Working closely with maintenance staff and management
• Ensuring lease compliance and community standards

Management Qualifications

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and self‑motivated
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Experience with Yardi, Rent Café, or similar software is a plus

Part‑Time Caretaker / Janitorial Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas and hallways
• Light groundskeeping and trash removal
• Monitoring property cleanliness and reporting concerns
• Assisting with seasonal upkeep as needed
• Cleaning common areas
• Keeping sidewalks free of snow / ice
