Job description

Blackberry Pointe Apartments is currently seeking a full-time Caretaker to become a part of our great team! The hours for the position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, on-call every 3-4 weeks. Overtime as needed.

Caretaker Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cleaning vacant apartments
• Cleaning common areas
• Must be able to lift/push 50 lbs.
• Delivering notices
• Lawn care and shoveling (as a team)
• Other duties as assigned by Community Manager and/or Property Manager
• Previous experience
