Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-family property management.
• 1+ years of staff supervision.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead property operations and leasing activities.
• Assist with budgets, renewals, and reports.
• Advertise and promote the property.
• Provide tours to prospective residents and complete full cycle leases.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor management.
• Support resident events and strengthen tenant relations.
