Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to rent and maintenance requests.
• Show apartments and process applications following criteria.
• Maintain tenant files, leases, and renewal documentation.
• Enter and close maintenance requests; coordinate with staff.
• Track keys and parking permits; ensure timely returns.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and prepare income verifications.
• Assist with weekly property inspections and unit re-certifications.
