Job summary

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Hazeltine Shores Townhomes in Chaska, MN. The role supports the Site Manager to optimize occupancy and oversee rental office operations.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with an hourly starting rate of $19.00. On-site housing is not required, but living on-site offers higher rental discounts as a benefit.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local, state and federal tenant/landlord laws and Fair Housing

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of laws governing tenant/landlord relations and marketing products.
• Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects/residents with professional courtesy and sincerity.
• Maintain professional communications with residents, applicants, and partners.
• Process rental applications and use HMGI screening procedures.
• Prepare and maintain resident files neatly and professionally.
• Keep daily and weekly reports up to date.
• Know water/gas meter shut-offs, fixtures, shut-offs and sewer clean-outs.
