Job summary

Realty Resources Management LLC is seeking an organized Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing developments across the region. Manage daily operations, budgets, staffing, and coordinate move-ins, lease signings, onboarding and renewals.

You will supervise maintenance, inspections, and unit turnovers, address resident concerns, ensure lease compliance, and maintain records. This role offers stability, growth, and meaningful impact in local communities with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Willingness to train the right candidate who demonstrates organization, reliability and service.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software preferred.
• Ability to work independently, handle emergencies, and interact professionally with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, budgets, and staffing for multiple properties.
• Coordinate resident move-ins, lease signings, onboarding, and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and unit turnovers.
• Address resident concerns and enforce lease compliance professionally and consistently.
• Monitor property conditions, safety needs, and capital improvement needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise maintenance and janitorial staff.
• Coordinate with the Occupancy Department regarding tenant documentation and apartment showings.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and company policies.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in property management, multi-family housing, affordable housing, real estate, customer service, or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform routine property inspections.
