Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, and compliance goals.
• Recruit, supervise, train and assign duties to office and maintenance staff.
• Maintain compliance with IRS and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance, scheduling, contractors, and vendor management.
• Ensure safe, healthy living environment and accurate rent posting.
• Respond to resident requests and enforce lease provisions.
