Archway Communities is seeking a Property Manager to run an affordable housing community in the Denver metro area. You will oversee daily operations, occupancy management, resident relations, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, well-maintained, and thriving properties.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, leasing activity, and collaboration with maintenance, finance, and compliance teams to support stable, compliant communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to keep the property safe, well-maintained, and fully occupied.
• Maintain occupancy targets around 98% and reduce turnover.
• Oversee unit turns and days-to-lease targets to minimize vacancy days.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely work orders.
• Manage budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and Resident Services to support operations.
