Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day site operations across properties.
• Maintain LIHTC/Section 8 compliance and annual certifications.
• Show units and relay program information to residents.
• Process notices, collect rents, and maintain resident records.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders and turnovers.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and Asset Management teams.
• Assist with reporting and required documentation.
