Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager in Westerville, Ohio, to oversee daily operations of affordable housing communities and ensure regulatory compliance, high occupancy, and positive resident relations.

The role requires LIHTC/PBV/TBV experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 2+ years of property management in affordable housing, with supervision of on-site staff and strong knowledge of housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, budgets, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
