Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a full-time Property Manager for Ravine at Central College in Westerville, OH. The role focuses on managing daily operations of affordable housing communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high occupancy.

The ideal candidate has LIHTC/PBV/TBV experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2+ years’ property management in affordable housing. CPM/ARM certification is a plus, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, budgets, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
