Job summary

Vesta Corporation seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in maintaining high occupancy and strong collections at our Barnstable, MA community. You will help with leasing, resident interactions, and operational duties to ensure smooth daily activity.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent plus at least two years in a similar function, with knowledge of affordable housing programs preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience plus 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience with affordable housing programs is a strong plus.
• COS and/or CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager to maximize occupancy and collections.
• Coordinate leasing, applicant screening, and move‑ins.
• Maintain property records, rents, and certifications.
• Communicate with residents, staff, and community partners.
• Support compliance and financial administration tasks.
