Job summary

Affiliated Resources Group seeks a dedicated Property Manager to oversee Market, Section 8, Bond, HOME, FDIC and LIHTC sites. You will manage accounting, budgeting, and owner reporting while coordinating on-site teams and audits across multiple programs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management or 5 years in administrative roles, with Yardi experience, HUD/Section 8 familiarity, and strong leadership. This full-time role requires U.S. work authorization and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years progressive experience in Property Management or five (5) years of administrative experience in property management/low-income housing.
• Experience with Yardi software preferred.
• Experience in HOME, Bond, LIHTC and HUD/Section 8-based property management is highly desirable.
• Must possess leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States; proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, budgeting and financial planning/analysis for properties and personnel.
• Process applications and deposits; update availability, run credit checks and tenancy verifications.
• Enter invoices and payables into YARDI; generate reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and Fair Housing; monitor regulatory changes.
• Coordinate site audits/reviews and liaise with on-site teams.
• Mentor and train staff to promote standardized procedures and efficiency.
