Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments at assigned properties.
• Drive cost efficiency and oversee property budgets.
• Address resident concerns and manage staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs and regulations.
• Oversee unit turns, inspections, and vendor work quality.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and travel for trainings.
