Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of multifamily operations, financial reporting, and resident relations.
• Ability to recruit, supervise, and train staff.
• Strong organizational skills for leases, rents, maintenance, and compliance.
• Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed occupancy, rent collection, expenses, compliance paperwork, and facilities management.
• Recruit, supervise, train, and assign job responsibilities to all office and maintenance staff.
• Operate property in compliance with IRS, LIHTC, and fair housing laws.
• Oversee maintenance and operations, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely unit turnover and safe living environment.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to requests and complaints, posting rents accurately.
