Creek Price Edwards is seeking an experienced Property Manager to run our 53-unit residential community in Muskogee, OK. You will oversee leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and daily operations to keep occupancy high and costs in check while ensuring safety and profitability.

This role requires at least 2 years in multifamily property management, strong communication and customer service, basic accounting, and familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in multifamily property management.
• Strong communication, customer service, and basic accounting abilities. Yardi experience preferred.
• Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing rules.
• High school diploma required; college degree or property management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and Marketing: Show vacant units, process applications, and complete move-ins and move-outs.
• Tenant Relations: Collect rent, resolve resident issues, and enforce community rules.
• Maintenance Coordination: Manage repair requests, schedule vendors, and oversee upkeep of the grounds.
• Financial Operations: Handle budgeting, track expenses, and submit regular financial reports.
• Legal Compliance: Follow local housing laws, fair housing regulations, and lease terms.
